Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) oil pressure drop

I am in the middle of installing a TST 3000 GSK in my 95 Ram. I removed the retaining nut and found three springs. Small, medium and large. I know to leave the largest outer spring in place and replace the inner springs. I only saw one small and one medium spring. The TST kit came with two medium and two small replacement springs. Am I missing something or did TST just send extra springs. Are there two springs or four springs that are replaced.

Thanks,

Jeff

You have to replace two sets of springs in the pump. Rotate the motor so the pump turns 180 degrees and you'll get to the second set of springs.

Make sure you get a good strong pencil magnet, and stick it all the way to the base of each stud, to pick out the shims. They seem to want to "glue" themselves in there in the oil.
