Guys, appologize for asking this question again. It is documented several places, but I am running out of time for an up coming trip and I'm not finding the info.
My TC is shifting in/out and I'm worried about it trashing the transmission. I feel like it is probably the noise from the alternator issue and ordered a noise filter. I remember something about aluminum foil, but don't remember where to put that.
I need to disable the TC for town driving and then lock it in solid for the highway. I'm leaving for Indiana in 2 weeks to pull my wife's car back home and some family stuff in the truck bed. Both are going to be stuffed solid
with "junk" :-laf
I'm not as sharp as I was six months ago, I got hurt really bad in a motorcycle accident 1/10/08 when a Penske Freightliner truck ran over me and my Goldwing m/c. Still trying to get back to normal. Doc says I am lucky to even be alive.
When I find the right wire, is the TC locked by applying 12 volts, or taking it to ground?
Thanks for the help.
John
