Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Need info on the fuel Pre filter

I am replacing the fenders on my truck. The fuel pre filter and the infamous return lines are easily accessible. What all should I do with the pre filter? Do I need to change the large fuel hose on the pre filter? I plan on changing the return lines even though they don't look bad. Thanks Pete

You should change all rubber parts if they have any cracking. . For your fuel hose, I highly recommend hose #365 from these guys in Canonsburg

You need approx 15' of 3/8" and 15' of 5/16" ID hose. They were good to work with, and didnt charge me an arm and a leg. .



I would recommend trimming your steel return line to make it easier to get to. . PM me for info about that. .
