I've been reading up on old posts about injectors, but I've got a couple of questions. I rarely tow with my truck and its my daily driver. I've still got the stock turbo, and probably won't be in the financial situation to upgrade for at least the next four or five months. What is the biggest set of injectors I can run with my setup and not be too hot? I'm sick of not having any fueling mods. I want to eventually get big hp/torque when funds allow and hate to buy another set later. I currently cannot peg 1000 degrees w/ my #8 plate full forward at sea level, even w/ a 26' boat attached and my foot buried. I would like to be able to still drag race a Ford now and plow snow without cooking my engine but I want some freakin power!!!
I've spoken to DDP and New Era, and I guess the NE 435s and the DDP4s are too hot for stock turbo? Would it make a difference if I ran a water meth injection setup w/ the new injectors? Maybe some DDP3s and laser cuts?
Also, any I thought Buddha power made injectors, but I can't get on their website. Not sure what that's about. Any experience with these or the Mach injectors?
I definitely don't want to go with marine injectors, but any suggestions are welcome. Thanks. -Josh
