I am having rubbing issues on my driver side outer fender well. I just installed a KORE leveling kit and 35x12. 5r17 on Mickey Thomson Classic Locks w/ 5" of back spacing. I called KORE and asked if I put a pair of thier control arms on if it would help since it would move the axle 1/2" forward. They said it might not make a difference and they suggested trimming the fender instead, but I a little nervous cutting on a $40,000 truck... ... ... . any help with suggestions would be appreciated. I'm nervous about taking a sawzall to it and going to town.

Just happen to get my new copy of Off Road Adventures in the mail and they had a picture in it on how/what to trim for rubbing issues... ..... it's funny how things work out in time of need.

How wide is the wheel it self. Anything over 9. 5" has the potential to rub without proper backspacing. 5" backspace sounds okay but it might not be enough with a 10" width wheel.
