Need keyless entry remote for 04 Grand Cherokee-Please Help!

My wife is pregnant and is needing to get a keyless entry remote for her 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee since when we bought it used a while back it didn't come with one. We went to the Jeep dealership to see about buying one and they wanted $70 for the remote and $100 on top of that just to program it for her vehicle!#@$%! That's just money we don't have right now. I've seen remotes much cheaper than that online, but none of them come with instructions on how to program them. They all say that they have to be taken to the dealership to have them programmed. Does anyone here know how to program them, or know someone who might know how to do it? Any help you guys can provide is GREATLY appreciated!!
