I pull anywhere from 12,000 to 14,000. I put the US Gear de-celerator on mine so it would be under the truck. I've changed the front pads once and am still on the rear shoes at 197K. I know that's to much, so I'm looking to change both soon. Will go with front rotors also. I don't see me ever towing without that exhaust brake again.
. The brake works great with no trouble in 2 1/2 years.
