Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Need NOS?

I was thinking about purchasing a NOS kit for my 24v. Could anyone help me with product and performance information. Thanks.

What would you like to know? To benefit from nitrous you need to be fueled pretty heavy... . Also required would be O-rings and headstuds.

Is NOS better than water methanol injection?

Nitrous is different..... You can make BIG HP running nitrous! It is not for cooling egt's or running everyday. A proper tuned nitrous setup can add 200-300 RWHP to a truck. Water/meth is product that can be used daily, you won't see the HP gains of nitrous but it is easier to setup and tune, cheaper, and will help with egt control.

How hard is it to tune the nitrous in a 24 valve? I am looking to get a kit myself but want the low down on it. I already have head studs and an o-ringed head. What kind of fueling do you need injectors and a fueling box what else? Can you suggest a kit Jetpilot or more info on this for us?

NOS is very EZ to do on 24v. I run alot of NOS on my truck. I go through bout 8lbs of NOS in one run down the track. How far are you from Santa Clarita. I make my own NOS kit. Maybe we can get togerther. Send me a PM for more info.
