I think they make the truck look heavy duty. Mine doesn't have 'em yet but it will. I bought my ride off the lot and it didn't have 'em. I told the dealer it doesn't make any sense to order a 3/4 ton truck with the snowplow package and forget the icc lites because by law you need them if you put on a plow over so many inches wide (I can't remember if it's 96", 102" or what). Right now without 'em my truck looks like a girl with a flat chest. Bill
