I am looking into upgrading the look of my truck. I've been looking at front bumpers from buckstop, fab-fours, road armor, and the more I look at them, the more I am torn between them. I know Road armor doesn't seem to have too many friends here, buckstop and fab-fours look pretty sweet. I'd like to hear from peeps who have these bumpers, the pros, cons etc. . If you have pics that would be sweet!

Thanks guys!

I have had my Buckstop and 12K Warn for about 2 years. The finsih still looks like new after two salty northern Michigan winters. Take a look at the metal in one these and you see why they call them a buck stop. My rig was ordered with the plow package and it handles the extra weight just fine. I think it rides better with the extra lbs and balances the 80 gal of diesel and the 200 plus pounds of the aux tank. Do be aware that you OEM fogs will not fit in the Buckstop. I ordered fogs iwth the bumper so that this problem was resolved.

Yeah the more I look at buckstop the more they grow on me. And they seem to be cheaper than the rest. My only small gripe with them is that they look (at least to me) to be a little boxy

Before I got the Buckstop I had a pretty chromed Bull Bar on the front of my truck. When I bumped a pole it folded like a tin can and did nothing in protecting the OEM bumper. I am happy to have my somewhat boxy real steel bumper out front. I think that the pretty chromed bumper guards are a joke and should only be added to toy vehicals like a subaru.

I know what you mean, you can look at the stock bumpers funny and they will break. Thanks for the info!

Does anyone else have any thoughts?

I looked around at all the bumpers available and settled with a Trail Ready. Looks alot like the others but did not have all the advertising on it. Got one for both the front and rear.

Their website seems kinda vague as far as price and general pics of the merchandise. They do look very similar to buckstop.

I,ve got a Ranchhand full front replacement on mine and Ilove it. They are very stout, my friend t-boned a ford focus at about 35mph with one on his truck and it saved the truck.

I liked the RA, Buckstop, and Fab-Four bumpers as well, but I just couldn't bring myself to spend THAT much money... I settled on my Tough Country bumpers:
