2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission need Rancho part numbers

OK guys. I am new to this sight. Last night I found an article that gave the shock numbers for my truck. They also mentioned that Rancho has a new number (better fit) for the front shocks. I didn't think to note the numbers at the moment... thought I could easily find it again. WRONG!!!



I have a 2001. 5 QC 4X4. I want Rancho 9000 shocks on the front. (I already have them on the rear. ) The number I have found is RS9197, but is that the new or old number?



I would appreciate any help you can give. Thanks guys!

Their catalog says RS99197 for the 3500. See: Rancho Web Site

Also, if you post your truck profile, it would be easier for us folks to help you.

Thanks! I am just learning my way around on the web. It took me a while, but I was able to get into the Rancho information. Found what I needed.



I did not spec my truck at the end of the letter, but I gave all important information in the letter. Sorry if that confused you.

RS99197 is the OLD number. The newer number is 99221 which is the same shock, except it's about an inch longer.

Did Chris indicate that that shock is only for the 2500? It is not listed for the 3500; just curious.
