Need rear bumper

Does anyone have a OEM rear bumber for a 99 2500 that needs a good home?? Or suggest a good HD replacement that doesn't require replacement of the reciever?

I got a full replacement for much less than a Dodge OEM bumper and it came with a receiver hitch built in. Then you could sell your receiver for a few bucks and recoup some of the cost. Just an idea.

I have a ranch hand bumper. It is a good heavy duty bumper, but I would like to add that they were difficult to deal with in my situation. They sent a bumper for a long bed, so it needed to be modified to make it work. Their solution was to send it back and have another one sent. Two problems - time and more time. I did not want it for the receiver capability, so I cut it. I asked them to pay for the cutting which they refused (even with my acknowledgement of no warranty). It would seem to me that would have saved them a few bucks over double shipping. Oh well, it is on the truck, looks good and takes a beating.

Ranch hand is the way to go. I never had to deal with them about a problem, but the bumper can handle some rough treatment.

Like wise, if any one has an O. E. M. front bumper, I could sure use one. While I was in Dallas helping DonM I had to push his truck in the garage (steep incline) and ended up destroying my front bumper. I figured it would get banged a little, but we really didn't want to work in the cold night air . He was pretty upset about ruining my bumper... ..... it's just a bumper Don!!

I am pretty close to making the go nogo decision on a Road Armor front bumber, still undecided on the back. If I go for the big bucks, I'll let you know on the OEM front.

I have a Ranch hand rear bumper and love it... check the link in the sig. I also have the stock bumper and reciever I took off. . like new.



I pulled 14k w/the RH once. . worked great!

Also try Reunel, There rear bumper are made out 1/4 inch steel & with the reciever tube welded will handle over a 12,000 lb. load.

There are alot of good aftermarket bumpers out there. Don't cheese out on yourself and get another stocker
