I'm looking to build a truck in the 900 - 1000HP range and have an idea what is needed to do it, but i'm looking for more recommendation and where to get some of the parts i need. Truck is 2009, 6 spd manual. Wanting to stay with a single turbo, believing we can make 70psi+ with Aurora 5000.

First the parts i am using and can get local:

Industrial Injection 300HP nozzles

Industrial Injection Dual CP3 kit (both pump will be modified)

150 Air Dog

PDI 5. 9 exhaust manifold

Aurora 5000 charger

aFe intercooler

South Bend Dual Disc

H&S Black Maxx

ARP Head Studs

Quadzilla Boost Fooler

Traction bars

Gauges

Already has stacks

Removing converter (DPF and EGR already long gone)

May swap g56 trans for nv5600

Need to know where and what for these:

Still will need intake horn (would like one without egr holes on top), boost tube, and anything i may be forgetting

I have never seen a problem from a nv5600, but i've seen a few g56 with the side blown out of them, they will not take the power like a 5600. This truck is a very low mileage truck and already has a hole from something trying to exit the PTO cover. It has an egr, dpf delete, and an edge box on it right now and that's it.

That is a tall order,I do not know if anyone has hit 1,000 with a 6. 7. It is definitely possible & should be easier with more cubes. My uneducated guess is you will need more air,90-100#'s. Fuel is cheap air is expensive.

We are hoping the single Aurora 5000 will be enough, i plan on running the truck on a dyno after everything is on it to see what kind of numbers we can put up. If it's not somewhere from 900 - 1000 HP then i know it's not because of fuel and i'll put a set of twins on it. If everything does work out in the end i'm pretty confident i'll have built something that no one else has. I will take pics as this project gets underway. I'm placing my call tomorrow to get the ball rolling on most of the items on the list and i need to get the injectors out and pump off the truck to get ready to build up to what i need. We made the decision to stay with the G56 for now, it'll be brand new too so it might last a little while. (warranty). From experience with pull trucks it seems like we will be very close to the number we want, mainly due to the increase in cubes over the 5. 9. May end up having to cam it, but we want to keep it streetable.
