Hello All,
I need some advice. With the bombs listed in my signature, I am having some issues.
First, way too much smoke.
Second, EGT's will go way above 1500 deg if I bury the loud pedal.
Third, the turbo surges badly unless I bury the loud pedal and keep the RPM's up. ( See second issue!!)
The guys who did the work on this truck for me told me that they had to turn it way down to control the smoke ( I assume this is the star wheel). Could this be causing my problems? I would think that 370's and 191DV's should be enough fuel with a 0 plate to push my HTB2 64/14. Boost is usually less than 15psi under normal driving and it only climbs into the high 20s or low 30s if I keep the RPM's up above 2600 or so...
Ohh. . and the timing is set at 16. 5
any ideas??
