There has been a lot of talk about the 03 trucks having a neutral rattle which we have come to find out that it is the clutch springs in the clutch disc that is causing the problem. I have seen that some of you have said that there is a TSB and replacement disc that the dealers are using to fix the problem. The gentleman that I am trying to help out said his dealer is oblivious to the problem and knows of no fix, pretty much telling the guy that it is the nature of the truck and to live with it. I found the #'s that were posted of the replacement disc. Is there a dealer (name and phone #) that someone has used that has fixed the problem under warranty that I could pass along to this gentleman. Maybe he could have his dealer call the other dealer to enlighten them.

Thanks for any help.
