I am going to look at a 95 Club cab 2wd automatic with 130k miles on it. The woman was asking 13000 and is down to 12,500. She has not had any offers yet and says it is in mint condition. If it is in A-1 condition, what would be a good offer on it. Thanks in advance;)

You don't want to cheat her but you also want a good deal. Offer her 10k and be prepared to meet her somewhere midway to 12. 5k.

What bomb's, mods does it have? I paid $16,000 for my 95, 2wd 2500, automatic back in the spring of 2000, but it probably had $5,000 worth of up-grades on it and it was low mileage too.

I would say offer 10k, i have seen trucks like that one go for about this price. The auto trans may be ? depending on how much heavy towing it has seen and or maintaince ie fluid changes etc. Another thing is it always seems like used CTD's go for a lot less down in the south ie LA, TExas etc. I almost went down there to buy a used truck myself in these parts the same truck is worth 1500-2000k more.

Very clean truck

Body was perfect. Interior perfect as well. No dents, scratches or tears on anything. Bed has gooseneck used to haul a medium size horse trailer for the last 90,000 miles. Engine looked good. Light coat of dust with no leaks. The only problems I could spot were it needed some brake work up front and the engine had a fram filter ... ... transmission shifted fine. I'm thinking I'll go to 10,500.

There are lots of used CTD, around here.

When the 2002 went to 0% for 60 mos, there were a lot of trade in's. Right now, in this part of the country that Dodge would bring $8500-$9000. You could have bought my 2001 slt 5 speed q-cab w/41k for $19000, last week.
