Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) need starting help NOW.............UPDATE

well we did all of the air purging stuff and get good fuel flow at #4 and a little trickle at #1 and 3. and when we try to start it we get a good shake rattle and roll but just won't kick over. anything else we can do??????? tried the WD-40 route too. THANKS

THANKS EVERYONE for the help and phone call. we purged the fuel lines 5x (30 seconds on and 5 min. cooldown) w/#1,3,4, loosened up, before we go a good fuel flow. FINALLY started and running fine. THANKS AGAIN. would be towed to the dealers on monday if not for your help.
