I broke the plastic piece that adjusts the length of travel and snaps onto the throttle linkage of the injector pump. Where can I get a new one? Does dodge still carry these or is it a cummins part? I have it wired up for now.

Thanks...

I got mine from cummins. when you get your replacment one ball end will be a right hand and one will be a left hand thread as I recall. My first set had 2 right hand so correct parts were sent. Easy fix good luck.

This is really old news. Everyone has performed this and we all have part numbers. If you need the numbers I will be happy to look them up for you. You may want to PM me to get my attention though.

If someone would like to post up the numbers here... ... .....

Thanks for the replies! I'll be heading for the dodge house this afternoon.

This may be old news, but it"s new to me.

just a thought dont know how much knowledge any of us firstgenners know about the 2nd gen 12v's but i was looking at the linkage on my buddies tribute build '94 and thought that possibliy it could be made to work just seems like alot better set up but i could be way off i only looked for 10 min mabey and dang those moters are cramed in there compared to our trucks but its just an idea, also unless u know someone at dodge/chrysler go to cummins parts house if u got one near by alot cheaper already had to do it sorry dont have the numbers on hand good luck and keep on blowin smoke

I think it was <$20 from Cummins when we got them for Mom's pickup.

I ran a hillbilly deluxe setup for over a year in a truck- baling wire twisted onto itself, then looped over each end of the ball ends. Bill Gilbert saw it and had pity on me and gave me an early updated set of ends for the linkage.
