Need to barrow someones downloader for a few minutes

Looking to get the high idle enabled, and the speed limiter turned off.



From what I can tell, if you put a downloader on a truck, then remove it's programming, they typicaly leave these options enabled.



Anyone in the minnesosta area that has this on their 3rd gen? I think a bully dog will do.

Never heard that before. It does not do it on mine.

With the Bully Dog downloader you can only do that on the '06 trucks. At least that's what their website says.

well, what about the speed limiter? atleast that. Buddy of mine had one on his truck and it can get faster then 108mph. . I have bigger tires, I should in theory his 112-113 based on RPM's alone (verus smaller tires). So appernetly there is a speed not RPM limit set.
