Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Need to do a valve adjustment on my 12 valve!

I need to do an adjustment, but I have forgotten some of the procedures and specs. I have the tools and some know-how but not all. Please give me direction as to where I can find the resources and info. Thank you. Gabe

Heres a few methods that work good. It helps to have another person, but not necessary, especially if you have a barring tool, which makes this so much easier.
