Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) need to do something about my turbo

Can anyone recommend the best place to get a rebuild kit for my turbo(hx-35)? At the moment I'm trying to decide between rebuilding it myself, or going with one of PDR's modified hx-35's. Are there any other stock style turbos out there that work a little better than stock and are fairly cheap? I don't have the money right now to go with an aftermarket turbo big enough to support my eventual power goals, nore do I have the money to do the fueling mods to support one. So, unfortunately, I'm gonna be stuck having to buy a bigger turbo somewhere down the road. If everything works out ok in the next month or so, I might have the money to get a fueling box (looking at that new Quadzilla race box with Commander once thats out) so maybe I could go with something slightly larger than stock, but again, it'll have to be on the cheap side.

found a rebuild kit from CityDiesel. Does that have everything in it that I would need to rebuild my turbo? and is it a quality kit? Turbo Repair Kit - HX35 - HX40 City Diesel - Diesel Performance



I'm open to any other suggestions
