Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Need to go to free wheel hubs.

01 4X4 need to go to free wheel hubs

Dana 60 front end ,I wouild like to use stock parts from the knuckles out.

Any dana 60 parts from Ford ,GM ,IH older Dodge ect. That would have a knuckle & free spin parts.

that would change over with the dodge unibearings.

I know that a kit is avabile. but I would like to use stock parts.

I don't think there is a D-60 OEM Spindle that will fit the Dodge D-60 unibearing knuckle. If it was that easy to build your own kit the companies that make them would not be getting the big BUCKS for them.

I don't think you can do it easier/cheaper than
EMSOFFROAD kit,

And, I think the 01-02 axles are some odd ball metric
It don't hurt to call EMS, They would help even if your not buying a Kit from them.....

I think the 01-02 years are not same as old iron, different
diminsions...

emsoffroad.com makes a good reasonable priced kit.
If you called them they would probably tell you what would be envolved in doing your own mix and match.
