The code is crankshaft position sensor "A" circuit low.



Being that the truck is new & under warranty I would take it in to the dealer.

Are you running a box of any type? (TST) likes to set this code for no apparent reason.

but I clear it out and then it comes back sometime not for days

I had the same issue a couple of years ago, I reseated the connectors several times where they connect to the TST and the problem went away.

If you look at FAQs on TST web site, you will see that P0336 is a common code with the TST. I throw that code every now and then. I is when it is colder and I am a little too agressive before everything is warmed up.
