I had a rebuilt NV4500 installed in Calgary before we left at Christmas and now in Vegas, about 3000 miles on it, it is making very loud noises. Like its trying to get into gear at low rpm however it makes it it every gear at all speeds.

Does anyone know of a shop in Las Vegas?

Where ever you go STAY AWAY from Drive Line Service!!!! Can't recall if these guys do 4500's, might want to call Adams Driveshaft (702) 568-5680. Where are you at?

See if you can get ahold of Joe Donnelly. He had a guy out in Boulder City that did all his trans work. I had him rebuild a 4500 2 years ago for me. I think his name was Bill.

I ended up at Chapman Dodge 'cause they said they could get it right in and they had parts. Well, the first part was true.

We're still here and of course they "promise" the parts will be here tomorrow.

If you know of someone who may have a newer 3500 drw 2wd automatic hopefully with a hitch in it, I would like to know ASAP. I have been looking for about 4 days and only the dealers seem to have any trucks but hard to deal with. My truck is For Sale. I think I need to get a newer truck my wife can drive more comfortably.

Darn, wish you woulda checked first, I gave up on Chapaman long ago. Anything to get you in there. Holiday, is that the park next to Sams Town?

Sorry I didn't get back to you till now, however I had to fly home and take care of business and I left all my stuff, computer phone numbers etc, down there in my trailer.

After letters to Chrysler and the dealer manger they ordered in a rebuilt and as of friday night it is on the road.

I will be flying back hopefully this weekend to drive it home.

Thanks for your help in this mess and I hope to repay you some day.

Karl
