Need transport for diesel to Gulfport, truck or rail

I've located source of diesel, but getting truck or rail tank car is the problem. If anyone has a source, please send me a PM. This fuel will be used to power a generator to power a factory. I'm not sure how many jobs are involved, but it has to be a bunch. The estimate for fuel is 1,000 gal/day. Not looking for freebie, just help locating transport. Will pick up fuel near Shreveport, LA. & goto Gulfport, Miss.
