Hi all,

I need a part number for the external voltage regulator connector for the early 1st gen trucks. I'm working on a conversion and need to get the VR out of the PCM.

My local incompetant Mopar Dealer who wouldn't know how to find his rear with both hands, can't find any references to a replacement plug for the V/R and when I said that I had a 'friend' who said that they recently got one, he suggested that I ask him for the part # because he can't find it. :rolleyes: :-{}

Help? :confused:

Thanks,

Joe

When I needed that peice for an alternator conversion on our M37 I just picked one up at NAPA. If you have any sort of a decent parts store in town they should be able to help you out. Dealers, tend to have a hard time with the small parts.

luck,

Isaac

I got one at a junk yard. The ol boy just gave it to me for going and taking it off. Most all Chryser products from the 70's and 80's had them. Make sure you hook it up exactly right the first time or you will be buying a new regulator. Bill
