Nerf bar mounts

I am considering putting nerf bars on my '03 Q. C. 4x4. I recently did a search on them but did not find the info. I was looking for. So does anyone know of any that bolt to the frame, or do they only bolt to the body mounts or the body itself? The point is, I am looking for something strong. I just don't trust the body to hold me up year after year. Thanks in advance!

I have had the Mopar nerf bars on my last two trucks. They mount sturdy as any I have seen and much better than most. 3 brackets mount to the body and body mount crossmember. Almost two years on this truck and they still feel sturdy and solid as new. I have stepped on a few that give under my light weight frame.

My Westins bolt to the frame by way of the cab mounting bolts. There is a brace that goes into the body, but the weight is carried on the frame and they are solid to step on.
