Nerf Bars Safe the Day.

Stopped at alight towing my boat and smash,thought I got rear ended. I figured I would find my outdrive pushed through the transom. Turns out some kid pulling out of a corner gas station ran into the side of my truck. He caught the right rear corner of my right side nerf bar and pretty much wiped out the front of his mustang fiberglass nose. I cannot belive he missed the body of the truck. If not for the bar he would of taken out the quad door. Only thing he did was pull the support bracket for the bar loose and enbed fiberglass into the powder coating. Cleaned the bar fixed brace and good as new. This kid now has the deadly stare and demeaner of a not to happy Diesel owner embedded in his mind forever. Maybe now he will take his head out of his ----- and pay attention to driving.

Glad you had them I guess... .

I have the westin bars myself so I am glad that they are strong enough to avoid a fender-bender.

Next is a roadarmor front bumper? rear?

gotta protect these trucks.
