Ken has tried to help on this issue, but is probably at wits end. Each of us uses a different platform, browser, etc. He has got the chat room to work for the older version of Netscape. I have Netscape 6. I thought that I had made it into the chat room the other day, but guess I was wrong. I know there is someone out there thats better at this than I am. Heres what happens. I go to the TDR Members Exclusive, click on, receive the Live Chat prompt. I click on it and receive the TDR Chat Login and fill it out using this months id and password, then hit enter. Now I get the gray screen, and all of a sudden up comes a screen called Enter Network Password. It is an Appet and has TDR address. I have tried to enter the monthly id and password, my id and password, and it accepts both. However at the bottom of the screen window it says Applet chatclient notinited. Sounds like I'm not in. I've talked to some other friends on this with no help. I hate to go to Netscapes customer service as it cost $30 every time you call them. Dealing with them can prep you for going to a really bad dealer. Any help would be appreciated, otherwise I have to just go to Discussions.
