My prefered local dodge dealership is in a small rural town that has a very high clienta of cummins customers. I have taken my truck there for warranty and non-warranty work and I am very pleased. Sorry to hear about your troubles though.

We have a dealer nearby from whom we have bought our last two Dodges - my wife's Durango and my 3500. We have an excellent relationship with one of the service writers (we've worked with him since 1997), and they have been more than fair whenever my wife has taken her Durango in for service or repairs. Same with my 1996 3500 - can't comment on my 2002 as it has never been back to the dealer.

I wish we had one here

and yes not all dealers are bad

just keep your eyes open

and don't let them sell you a service you don't need

IF THEY DO YOU RITE STICK WITH THEM

I am NOT the kinda guy who would ever pay a dealer for service.

That aside, I have a local dodge dealer who has always taken good care of me, does not try to sell me on stuff I don't need, and the wrench is first rate.

I actually would pay them to work on the truck. This surprises me a lot, but there it is. Like any business, each one is run differently, some are good and some are not. I guess I am one of the lucky ones.
