Well I just returned from a 21,000 mile trip with my 95 and 5th wheel and the dealer called to tell me my 205 had arived . Only got about 100 mi so far but its everything i hopped for. I also put the 95 on tdr for sale . Will keep up dateing as the miles go on.
I'd love to take a trip like that. How long did you take?
I'll be up towards your neck of the woods on Labor Day this year at the end of a New England swing (PA,NY,VT,NH,Maine,Mass,CT,NY,PA) ..... I think it's called Riverdale Farms (CT)?? Do you know the place and have any comments?
Sorry can't help on the Riverdale Fams. To bad your not holding off till fall foliage time, which starts about 10-1 in Maine & NH and is at it's height 10-15 in CT& RI. We missed last fall and everyone said it was the best in years!
I had a 95 Dodge/Cummins, dually, 5 speed, bought new, took an 11,000 mile round trip to Alaska pulling my 29' 5er. Also made many trips coast to coast. Best darn truck I ever had. Hope my 05 is as good. So far so good. Grizzly
You missed the best state of all... NH. i am biassed though since i am from there. if you want to go someplace cool besides driving up Mount washington in NH, go to freeport, Maine. They have the Eastern most desert in north america. it is the dardest thing, a desert in the middle of the woods with dunes and everything. i think some farmers sheep created it like a 100 years ago.
hay Grizzly your right this 95is a good truck only got 700 on the new one too early to make coments . Even the wife could not waite for the performance muff so it sounded like the 95. This girl is a keeper she has diesel fuel in her vains.
R U talking bout your wife or the new truck? My wife loved the 95 with camper on and did half of the driving. She also loves the new truck with the best part being the bun warmers. Grizzly :-laf
yup my wufe has diesel fuel for blood. She is the one that could not wait for the new flo throu muff and does half the driving pulling 29 ft 5th wheel. Shees a keeper she also cooks.
All right, I'd say she's a keeper. My wife's that way also. Now and then she'll get out of line and I have to keep the keys to the Dodge away from her. Grizzly :-laf
