new 05

just got a new 05 drw 6 speed looking for a box i had an ez on my 01 but i've been seeing alot of quadzillas on ebay how does it compare with an ez if you have one do you like it

I don't know about all the other boxes out there, but I have had edge products and have been very pleased. I just finished installing the edge juice w/attitude on my 05 and have to say the thing is really neat, I think that I like all the features that is offers (egt, boost,etc. ) more than the power that is gives! Ok maybe not. I had a edge drag comp on my 2000 and had great luck with that one, and the service I thought was excellent. Once I have sometime on this new box I will let you know what I think. JMO

Depends upon what you want...



A box that fools the computer into fueling, and adjusting timing (analog, like TST, EDGE, Quad)



OR a programmer/Downloader that modifies your current program for more power (though it is a grey area as to what areas they modify. . Pressure?, timing?, duration?- how much of each??)



My pick is still the Juice, TST, EZ, and Quad... .



THE BETTER QUESTION is what is your goal, Hp-wise??



That will make a big differnce in what I would choose

im looking for 50 to 75 hp and better fuel mileage i had an ez on my 01 and liked it but the bullydog is about 100 dollars cheaper

A buddy of mine has an '04 with juice/attitude, plus a AFE stage 1 and a 5 inch strait pipe( no muffler) from the turbo out the back. He gave me a ride in it last week for the first time. I was very impressed with the power that thing put out. I laughed my arse off when he turned it up and left the biggest black cloud trail I've ever seen



I am now saving up for one I was that impressed.

For $299 you can get a non-adjustable Quadzilla - 65hp, and it had timing to increase mileage if you can stay of the go-pedal

I like my edge stuff but thats me I havn't had any problems.

I like my Juice/Attitude, very pleased with it. Have about 5K on it and it has worked flawlessly.
