Well, after 5 years in a 91, and 2 1/2 in a 99 I finally got the truck I always wanted. I am the proud owner of a 96 club cab long bed 12 valve. just wanted to say hi to everyone.

Hello to you. Interesting that you are so excited about a 96. Must be the fuel mileage and reliability. I must say my 97 has been the most reliable vehicle I have ever owned. I get 24 MPG highway max unloaded (fully stock) and 12-14max MPG pulling my 7000lb TT. Other than belonging to cracked dash club and paint that is deteriorating, I can't seem to part with this truck. why wouldn't you be excited about a 96? I prefer a 97, but the 96-98's are always something to be excited about
