WHAT DOES ISB MEAN IVE READ ABOUT THE CUMMINS B/ISB MOTOR , CONFUSED ENLIGHTEN ME.

IS?? Don't know that But the "B" is the particular engine. there is a small older four cylinder called the 4BTA "A" engine. Our six cylinder "B" engine and the ISC at 8. 3 Liters the "C" engine. All these are parent bore type engines. The bigger engines are usually sleeved. Those are different basic designs.
