New 2005 Dodge 3500 Owner

Hello, I just bought my first Diesel Dodge, I have owned 3 Dodge Ram 1500 pick ups but it was time to move on up, I need something to tow my 8 x 24 enclosed trailer and I knew my little 4. 7 2002 Dodge Ram 4x4 was going to struggle to move that trailer.



So I stopped by Spitzer Dodge on Saturday and about 1 hour 45 minutes later I was driving out in a brand new Dodge Ram 3500 Dually with the Cummins Diesel engine.



This is the fifth vehicle we have bought from Spitzer Dodge and they were real good to deal with.



Are there any tips I should know regarding filters and such for these trucks?

Geno's Garage has good prices on maintenance items; see their catalog which comes with each issue of TDR. You can either fill the fuel filter housing with clean fuel, or use the lift pump to fill it. There will probably be several threads before you need to worry about that stuff

Is it Spitzer Dodge on US 1and like SW 300 something street? what price did you get (invoice) and what rebates were availible? I'm waiting for mine to come in , i bought it at Maroone of PembrokePines for 100 over invoice with rebates applies at time of delivery. Funny everbody buys one of these truck for towing ,ex. my buddy tow a 5k GN with a 12K case bulldozer plus a fuel tank on the bed, and i'm going to use mine to around empty(500-600 miles a week) just supervising my guys out in the field.
