I have the Mag-Hytec differential cover on my truck. There is 1-3/4" clearance between the tank and the cover.

Can anybody verify that TFI 38 gallon aft tank will fit with a Mag-Hytec rear end cover?

Hi Joe:
I know it dosen't apply out there, but here in Georgia the DOT in Atlanta told me if the tank was not changed from it's orginal design you can do what you want as for as aux. tank. I had a 94 gal. in back of my 3500 but had to take it out the first time I turn my fiver. Tank to tall.
Will the space on your 97 and my 96 ext. cab 3500 be the same? I like the idea of the tank under the truck. Does the tank take the OEM sender unit?
Also, that was a very well thought out response on the clutch thing. I still don't like the deal where you do the thinking and R&D and somebody else kind slides in for the glory. Good response.
