Diesel/Water Emulsion

Anyone read the July issue of Trailer Life?

Appaerently, Ford announced today the new 6. 0would be rated at 560 lb ft. Thats up from the 550 they had originally announced. The wars continue. It's hard to believe that a few years ago, the truck I had, a '97 Ram V10, had the most torque available in lickup, gas or diesel, at 450 lb ft. That really seems quaint now. ;)

it may have the most torque, but the g2 psd has an egr system:( cummins doesn't get that until 04. 5. . and what is it going to take to bump up the cummins torque past 600. not much i thinks. .

I guess this is nice if you buy a truck per the brochure and Hype with the intention of keeping it stock..... but those of us BOMBers don't really give a crap.

once a OEM truck comes with 400 HP and 800 Ft Lbf at the flywheel... ... . then we will have something

In addition to at least 400 hp and I would like at least 900 on the torque, a 9 spd trans would also be very nice. Oh, my hp/torque # would be rear wheel, not flywheel.
