New alternative to the Horton Clutch: US Gear's Power Fan?

I was thinking about buying a Horton fan clutch the other day and found them on the Jannetty website for a great price; however, I was informed by them that they had discontinued carrying the Horton line and suggested I wait until US Gear's power fans are released (which are much less expensive).



Does anyone have any information about this new fan from US Gear?
