new amsoil fuel filter

Has anyone saw or heard of the new amsoil add on fuel filter.

From what I hear, it is a pretty spiffy unit.
They call it the AMSOIL Dahl Fuel Filter/Water seperator. It is a complete add on unit, not a spin on.

They say it will filter finer and remove virtually 100% of the water in your fuel. All with less mechanical flow resistance.

This is all I have, will be trying to get more info soon.

Where did you hear about this? I have not heard a word about it in the monthly literature ( Direct-line, Service-line, Action News) I recieve from Amsoil. I had inquired about Amsoil planning on making fuel filters several months ago and the technical service dept said they where not aware of any plans for Amsoil making fuel filters.

Is this fuel filter system maybe something from Hastings Filters (which Amsoil carriers)? I had the Hastings Heavy Duty filter application guide and think I remember seeing fuel/water seperator filtration systems offered by Hastings.

It will be in the next issue of action news(got mine on thursday,Nov. issue). Price for our cummins(up to 800 H. P. )will be 356. 00 sugg. retail(cheaper if your a prefered cust. or dealer). The next smaller unit is only good for up to 200 H. P. ( that leaves out about 95% of TDR readers).
