I went to the dodgeram site that was posted in this thread and was surprised to see that the dealers that I though stunk as far as I am concerned have a steady following that thinks their work stinks. I would think they would make some effort to improve. I also noticed that the dealers that I feel make the effort to do good work have still not received any negative remarks, so apparently they are still making the effort to do good. Keep up the good work boys, Maybe the others will go down the drain into the sewer where they belong since DC doesn't have balls enough to do anything about them. .

All i can say is if you are not happy with your sale or service, or what ever, go to the above site and tell it like it is.

The editor that is keeper of the site has been out of town and is a little behind. but is back to work now.

Just got my 04. 5 at Dishman Spokane, $1100 under dealer invoice with all possible rebates included. Total service, picked me up from the airport, walked me through all the new buttons, full tank of diesel, topped the pumpkins and ordered the body plugs (just came today). Accessories guy Josh (a NW Bomber himself) helped me with rug cover and front flairs (back end to be flatbed). All this possible by NW Bomber Big Bob Novak. This is the Big Bob deal and available to all TDR's. Just ask for Butch and the Big Bob deal. Can you beat this? Don't think so unless it is your brother's dealership. geusterman

About a year ago, I put in a complaint about West Valley Dodge and it has been removed. So they are massaging complaints from disgrundled customers.

I've used Dave Smith before and been very pleased with them. Unfortunately I ordered from them this time before learning about the Big Bob special at Dishman. Oh well, not much of a price difference but I'd like to have purchased from someone supporting the TDR.



I did call Butch at Dishman just to be sure I shouldn't cancel my order and start over, difference was only $500 bucks or so.



The comment above about selling your rig before you go to Dishman because they can't afford to pay you for your trade-in may not be entirely accurate. They offered average trade-in value on my '02 Durango without seeing the thing ($20,000), Dave Smith won't talk about trade in value until they see it (they said it would be $17,500 or higher depending on condition).



My new truck is in Idaho today, picking it up Saturday - assuming they give me a fair trade on the Durango, otherwise I'll be stopping in to see Butch on Saturday.

i would wait 3-6 months. by then they should have any problems worked out and you can make your own deal. remember the pt cruiser, i heard stories of 1-3 thousand over sticker when they first came out, not the case anymore!

So far at least 11 trucks have been ordered from Eric Todd at Lithia Dodge in Eugine Oregon from TDR members. When you give $1,000. 00 below invoice to customers who can get a California legal smog truck you are going to get business. Call him at 541-343-1700.

When i bought my CTD from Menlove, i had to fight to get the heater cord that i eas told is standard. Took them four weeks to get it to me and the salesman acted like it cost him fifty bucks to get. It also took them six weeks to get me my promised rear floormats. By whick time i had already bought my own. I will not recomend this dealer to anyone.
