3500 Crew Cab Laramie

Man is she a dream to drive! As I drove out of the dealer lot, Like a Virgin from Madonna came on the radio. This truck is amazing..... light years better than my 06 Ford.

One thing that was offered to me at the Dealer that I wasn't aware of (I'm told it's only available at time of purchase) 10 year/100,000 mile warranty which I got.

The one thing I can't figure out how to do (and I feel stupid) is how to lower the back seat. I figured out how to lift the bottom but can't figure out how to drop the back part of the seat. Does anybody know if this is possible?

I'll get some pictures up later today when the rain stops.

I don't think the seat back folds down on the Crew Cab. I know the swat bottom folds up but I thunk that's it.

BTW, how much $$$ for the 10/100?

$3500. I know that sounds high and probably is but, in all the research I did, I didn't see a 10/100000 listed anyplace. I was told by the finance guy (who by all other means seemed like a stand up guy, and I tested him) said the 10/100 was only avail at time of purchase.

I may not have chosen to get it but, my wife is a Ford F250 Buyback survivor and she insisted I get it.

What I was offered for the extended warrenty was 5/100,000, didn't look at the price.

Just picked my new truck 5/21, wow, what a truck.

NO -- I'm not a salesman and don't get any commission. Just bought mine from them on my 2005 and was very pleased.

Is the price of that extended warranty still negotiable? It was when i purchased my 05. In fact I purchased the 7/70 Chrysler Warranty, from the dealer, for 1/2 price and they through in the free oil changes for 7 years.

George -- The dealer is a reseller so yes -- they're always negotiable. They'll tell you up front that they're selling them at or near their "cost. " Not true usually. This particular seller I mention above is near cost so they're a good measuring stick.

I just bought a 2500 crew 4x4 and was only offered a 5yr/100000 to extend the 3yr/36. I think i paid 1600 for the extension. I'm happy with my purchase so far. Go cummins.

WellI must bedoing somthing wrong because when I go to the extended warranty and plug in my info (dodge truck, 4x4, 135 miles) the most I get is 7/100.

I got the Laramie Crew long bed with a few options:

Cold weather pkg

bedliner

Nav

Rear seat vid

reote start

off-road tires

adjustable pedals

trailer brake controller

I picked it up for $50K even

Drove her home, filled her with gear, attached my 9k lb trailer and left the next morning. She pulls away better than any woman I ever dated. The trans/exhaust brake are simply INCREDIBLE!! Total control at all times. I'm seriously impressed. She blows the doors off my Ford hands down.

I looked on the Chrysler Maxi-Care site, it says it excludes diesels, so who knows, they must be available, a lot of you have bought them, they should update the information, I really like the lifetime warranty, I would keep the truck for 20 years.

This is the best contract out there -- bar none.

Photos of Great White!

Took me a while to get photos. We picked her up Thurs night with 8 miles on her, drove her 30 miles to my parents house to get the trailer and off camping we went.

White Laramie two-tone was my first choice but couldn't put a deal together for one.

Yours is beautiful.

How do you like driving it? :D

In three words, It's a dream. It's Lexus-like inside. If you get one you won't regret it.

I've had mine for 3 weeks so I'm with you 100%.

Like you guys, White Two Tone was my first choice!!!

Mineral Gray was my 2nd choice.

I stumbled up on this one on someone's lot and I didn't want to wait and order a 2011:

#ad

How they got the ride so soft and yet tight is really amazing. All the switches are really high quality and interior is like a luxurious living room.

The engine is quiet and it accelerates like a rocket when you push it.

It's an amazing upgrade to the prior gen.

CONGRATS ON YOUR NEW TRUCK!
