Does anyone know of the best place to get a new 12v block.

I'm waiting for Scheids to give me the measurement of the entire engine by their machine shop.

Check with your local Cummins Dealer/Dist. Part number 3935936 will get you a new style block with twin turbo drain holes (not sure why you would want that :-laf ) Shadrach

A 24-valve 56 block would be a good pick for building a stout 12-valve.

Like Jim stated a new block from Cummins runs around $1700..... Also a new block will come with 12mm mains and not the 14mm you currently have.
