How many lights do you have up this year?

remember

My wife and I have started down a new road! We are starting our own catering business. . The main part of the business will be to supply a friends coffee shop with baked goods. We have tested so many recipes inthe last 3 weeks. . but it has been fun.

What I need is where we can get some of our product in bulk!

We need:

Walnuts

Pecans

Oh yes. . Vanilla from Mexico. . (the stuff with the cork in

bottle). . NO Worms!!. . :)

My son is now designing our website. . and yes there may be a time that we will do mail order. .

Any information that you have would be greatly appreciated. .

Thanks

Rick

Mountain People's

Rick, these guys supply almost all the bulk foods used in west coast natural foods type stores. They started out as organic only but now offer conventionally grown product as well. They're just up the road from you in the Sac area but deliver everywhere. I used to sell alot of my apples to them, they're great to do business with. http://www.mtnpeopleswhs.com/

Everything you asked about is on this page, but you have to contact for prices http://www.mtnpeopleswhs.com/mpw/mpla1758.htm

Good luck with your new venture. I've been in business coming up on 3 years. It's a lot of fun and a lot of hard work, but it's worth it. If I bust a$$ then I make more for me and not for some boss.

Diamond is in Ripon / Salida area worth ckecking out

before you do buy look at Costco's price and compare... oft times they will beat the wholesalers price as they contract a year early. .

several repackers buy from the local Warehouses [one in Modesto bought from me. . said he could not touch Costco price . . bought several pallets a week from Modesto location for several years. . my still but I retired so do not know]

You cannot import vanilla extract from Mexico. Most of it contains coumarin. Coumarin tastes like vanilla, even more so. It also goes by another name, warfarin. Rat poison.
