Has anyone heard of a quadzilla chip



one of the guys at the firestation is going to make me a great deal on one and iwas going to try it for a week





and my second question is, i have the HO 6 speed... . with a chip do i need to change my clutch?

Never heard of it. Your stock clutch should handle a chip, at least a small HP one.

I have an EZ on mine and I have 262 hp certified to the ground. The 275 injectors go in this comming Saturday. Clutch has 56,000 on it with no problems so far. EZ was put on at 5,000

i put this chip in my truck and got awesome acceleration results



i haven't installed my gauges yet so i will have to get back on EGTs

I'd like to read up on it... . I have never heard of it before.

I would be willing to bet you a buck that it is an edge EZ rebadged by someone. I think there are about 5 places selling them as there own right now.

anyway i miss spoke when i called it a chip... it is a box that plugs into the map sensor and a sensor port... it took about 5 min to install... one of the capt's here at the firestation is going to start up a diesel accessories shop and is selling guages and stuff



i will let you know what the gauges read when i get them installed

Looking at your signature, with just the box, if it is an EZ you should see 262 hp at the ground. That is what my truck dynoed at with just my EZ installed. Gages are an absolute must if you intend to do any romping and stomping. Enjoy
