I just ordered a set of these.

Custom Length Control Arms 94-02 Dodge Ram 2500 4x4

I researched and searched for a long time and these seemed to be the best value. I have wanted some for a while now but never had the need for them until my problem with the RF tire wearing after smacking a curb hard this spring, with good alignment and nothing else obvious or loose found I am trying these.

I could not justify the high cost of the 2 adjustable lowers and after searching and researching found very little info as to the benefits of them over the fixed length sets. The set of 4 is about half of just the 2 lower adjustable ones I found.

I hope this will help with the tire wear. 2 alignment shops both suspect the arm as culprit.

I also think I whacked a control arm and it is casuing me some funky tire wear on the right front. I have a Kore Chase system and have wanted to recenter the axle as well but just havent got around to doing much more than a bit of research on them. The price is certainly good if not great compared to others I have seen. Please post when you get them and install them. Would love to hear a first hand account of what you think about them.

I meant you're replacing control arms, which means the originals must be removed. My bolts were frozen to the bushings. It was a barrel full of monkeys trying to get them off.

Nice, I want to hear how they work also. I have the same tire issues and can't nail it down.

Too bad I just put new poly bushings in my arms. The good thing is that they will come off easy next time. I've got a whole can of antisieze in there.

Sorry I read it too fast and missed the word "out". Having perfect vision does me no good if I don't use it.

I also ordered this along with the arms. Mine is still the original stock one.

Well I got them installed tonight. Took about 3 hours total. no hicups. I held them in place before the install and the lower right stock one was a bit off, maybe 1/8 inch. Fit was excellent. they look good and are greasable. Also installed the new steering stabilizer dampener. It is a lot beefier than the stock one too. Now to get it to an alignment shop again to recheck everything and drive it to see if anything is noticably better.
