New diesel for Ford

Does any one have an opinon why Ford is droping the Powerstroke 7. 3 for a smaller 6. 1. It is almost the same size as the Duramax,wonder if it will have aluminum heads?

The same reason most of the changes are made... EPA and Emmissions. And then of course to keep up with the competition.
