All I know is I am leaving for a trip form North AL to the New England States about 4000 thousand miles. What do I do now pay $3. 00 a gal. + for fuel and add $5. 00 of additive to every tank? I think we are getting screwed form both sides and no one can convince me different. I always said you had to pay to play but this is getting out of hand.

I don't think there is any need for any additive unless you buy fuel in the south in the winter and are going way north. Keep an eye on the Cummins web site, they (I think) will let you know if our older engines will need additives.
