New drain plug with each oil change?

I think we need a forum to rate dealers.



When I bought my truck I went to Christophers Dodge World in Golden Colorado and was treated like an idiot. I knew more about the truck than the salesman, but I found that to be pretty typical. Not one salesman out of the 5 dealers I visited knew that the engine added throttle when the clutch is released, or that the 3500 and 2500 are identical except for cab lights, helper spring, and GVW. And everyone one of them said the RB4 had a moving map! But I digress.



John Elway Dodge sales rep didn't call me back and I missed out on the truck that was exactly what I wanted. However, the fleet salesman was very helpful after I told him what happened.



Glenwood Dodge was very freindly and helpful but didn't have the truck I wanted.



Johnson Auto Plaza was friendly, but they failed to call me back after they couldn't find what I wanted. At least call me back!



Valley Dodge in Boulder is where I bought my truck and the salesman was friendly and helpful when I was there, but he was suppose to call me with prices for additional parts and he never did.

I deldt with the SALES MANAGER at Commerce Chrysler and all was fine UNTIL I asked about the business link benifits. Free tool box,exhaust brake at a set perice like $800 etc. Lots of accessories etc. I got a deer in the headlight look and he had NO CLUE. Suggested a bunch of places for the add ons and quoted $1800 on the exhaust brake etc. Said HIS service manger wanted like $1200 labor just to install it. I said if HE"S YOUR service manger show him business link deals and make it happen. Needless to say the only thing they could make happen was selling the truck. I told them they were loosing a TON of retained business cause D. C. set it up to NOT have to send customers down the road for accesiores. (need spell check guys LOL)
