Competition NHRA Reply to "New Diesel Classes"

One suggestion: How about a strategically placed hole for greasin' the U-joints? Other than that... I like the design and fabrication... .

Looks like yet another fine product from Michagan Performance Diesel... .

Craig, That would be nice definatly save me some time for other things on my list, but I am going to build mine off of the cross member for the four link, and I already have the materials.

BBD, you coming to KFalls, OR in April for the indoor pull? I'd really like to see your truck in person and watch you make a full-pull inside the building... . I think a few people's mouths are gonna drop if you roll up.....

Josh, its on my calander and I plan on being there along with some other NORCAL pullers and a full suport crew :) I know Bryan Kinney (aka pyschostroker) from the Diesel-Central site is going and I believe Chris csutton is going to try or represent in the Half Moon Bay pull here that Sunday, Gary (willyslover) is going as well. I will be there Friday night with my wife and son staying in a hotel. I am hoping to have some more mods completed before I get there.

Sounds great! The guy organizing the event was telling me about some of the biggest, baddest pulling trucks in the US showing up, and told me they were running AUTO'S w/ big billet torque-converters! I tried to have a discussion with him about DD-pulling clutches versus an auto for pulling but he would hear nothing of it. Hope to watch you boys smoke the place out!

Oh, you know it's only going to be a 250' pull, right? Anyway, I'm sure I'll be there, along w/ Zach (cummins4life) and two of my other friends who have BOMBed Cummins (both are on there too, but we all use this name). I'll be the punk kid beggin' for a ride in your 700RWHP Cummins! :)

If you have loops you should be using snap tight or O. E style u joint's in the 1410 series they are definitly stronger. 1480 you can get buy with greasable becuase if the much beefier trunion size. But a 1480 joint is also available now in the snap tight desighn in Spicer even stronger yet. Thus eliminating the need fer a grease hole. :)

"Matt, still talking about the drive shaft loops right"

BBD: A comment like that is what I would expect on any given night in the chat room... . :-laf
