Well after a couple minor setbacks I finally got to pick my truck up on Tuesday to start breaking these things in and all I can say is "WOW" :--) These things rocket from about 5lbs of boost all the way to 60lbs in a split second, you definately need to learn how to re-drive your truck. Egt's on level 5x5 EZ on 2 spike at about 1350 and then start to drop; accelleration is amazing and spoolup is very good I cannot wait to put this thing back on the dyno and see how much more I have gained but it really feels like allot. Installation was very thourough and professional and these things look just as good as they perform. Thanks laserbob and Nathen for putting in all those the extra hours getting this things done, I owe you one. Mike

Mike,

Mine are the same way. I have not pushed them over 50 lbs. yet. Do not wanna blow that boot. These things are freaking awesome. Come on out to Vegas next week and play with us. I think the there will be plenty of folks who wanna see under the hood. We'll have to get together and play.

man what's up

what's the deal around hear can a guy under 30 get a set of twins installed i mean what's up with that. Mike just kept blowing those boots off and then got over his install window into mine and leaving me here to drive the prizm. What the hell is that all about. Should be done tomorrow then it's all about breaking them in and getting back on that dyno and looking to see the difference on paper

Boy you really have to feather the throttle to keep it under 50 :-laf I wish that I could come to Vegas with you guy's it sounds like allot of fun but the play money has been eaten by my truck, when you get back lets go beat up on some stuff up at Bandemere. moolie I here that there is all kinds of stuff to make that prizm fun to drive :-laf

see now that's just not right.

in the last month this is the pain i've endured. hit that damn goat that's where it all started sat over the weekend in shop for 5 days total and had to spend 1k to cover it. got it back and took it to bobs to get the head studded seemed to go good but the twin's weren't gonna make it for dyno day so i went to get her and less then 1 mile from bobs flex plate had other ideas. now i'm bumming because i know there isn't any dyno day in my future at all. I walk 13 miles spend a lot of cash on towing and getting all that billet output and intermediate and flexplate. It sat at ats for 8 days so we are 1 day good and 14 days bad and spending cash like crazy. Then i get it back on friday and i have it saturday and then sunday i take it to bob to get twins. Mike hogs all the install time pushing me back like a stone age cave dweller. It sits now at bobs for 5 days and so we are now at a point of 3 days good 4 actual days but there were really only half days so i call it 3 and another 5 down. so for a total of the last 19 days i'm driving the prism for 15 of them and dropping all my kids college money at the same time on the hot rod. I was glad it snowed today that way you 2 guys couldn't let her rip. lol someone is evening the field for me a bit. I was afraid to get it back today due to weather i thought it was just determined that i would crash or be smashed by someone without insurance of course. I may wait until it's sunny to drive it period. Oh mike i should just let u know right now that prism isn't stock under that hood there either. Not quite the gremlin but it's beefy that's for sure.
